When a Ken’s DFW Consumer List member needs to locate a service or product, they simply log-on with their member ID to Ken’s DFW Consumer List and search the category list to find the product or service they are looking for. They can read the experiences of other members (everything from what type of work was done, to prices, whether they were punctual, polite, finished the work on time, etc.) before they ever make a call.
Once the work is finished, each member has the opportunity to share feedback. Member input becomes part of a company's rating on Ken’s DFW Consumer List. The feedback input is immediately recorded in our database, so the list is always being updated.
How do companies get on the list?
Companies don't pay to be on Ken’s DFW Consumer List. A contractor goes on the list only after a member submits a List report on their service experience with that contractor.

You’ll find over 200 product and service listings in 9 major categories. For example: Home (from air duct cleaning to water filtration systems)

Is there a membership fee?
Ken’s DFW Consumer List is supported by the members who use it. This ensures that the ratings remain honest and unbiased. Members may either sign up for a monthly service or an annual membership.
• The monthly payment plan provides an opportunity to become a member with the lowest upfront cost possible. Members who choose the monthly plan enjoy continuous service billed to their credit card each month. Members who chose the monthly payment plan may change to an annual membership at any time.
• The annual payment plan provides uninterrupted access to our service for an entire year. Members who choose the annual payment option enjoy a significant discount. Annual subscribers receive a notice about one month prior to their membership's expiration date reminding them that their membership will be automatically renewed if we do not hear from them.
*All Ken’s DFW Consumer List members pay a one-time Signup Fee ($10.00) when their membership is activated. Anyone may cancel their membership at any time.

Each member agrees to certain standards for evaluation. For example: members agree that they will only report on actual first-hand experience. They also agree not to report on any service provider that they either work for, are in competition with, or have any relationship with. Members also agree to hold DFW List harmless for any damage that might arise from the recommendations they read on the list. How do I cancel my Ken’s DFW Consumer List membership?
Any Ken’s DFW Consumer List membership may be canceled by phone, email, fax or U.S. mail. Please include your name, address and phone number in any written cancellation requests.
Monthly Payment Plans: Cancellation requests must be received no later than 5pm on the day prior to any scheduled renewal payment. Reminder notices are not sent to members who have chosen the monthly payment plan, and refunds for monthly membership payments are not available.
Annual Payment Plans: Cancellation requests should be received by the date specified in the reminder notice. These notices should be received approximately one month prior to each member's annual expiration date.
